After many years of leading a dual career; one in the healing arts (yoga, massage, cranial sacral therapy) and one in gardening and ecological stewardship, I figured out a way to combine both.  Teaching Forest Bathing and Becoming a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide was my introduction.  Thanks to the COVID 19 Pandemic most of my classes were facilitated outdoors and it was the best thing that could have happened.  

I found that Body Movement and Trauma Informed Somatic Arts are so well received in a field of flowers or under a canopy of trees.  I rely on the assistance of the natural vibrations of the Earth to aid in relieving deep seated tensions in the body during my Cranial Sacral Therapy Sessions.  Fresh herbs and medicine from the garden bring their own wonder of healing.

It is very meaningful and it is my absolute pleasure to be a guide and healing facilitator.  Come breathe with me in beauty and allow me to help move heavy energies into a space of peace and light.
