YOGA AND NATURE THERAPY IN THE PRESERVES


This series is timed to follow the Seasonal Bloom Cycles of Illinois Native Prairie Plants in select locations that are highly protected or untouched original ecosystems in the Chicagoland area.  Based on the practice of Forest Bathing we will tune the senses and intentionally slow down to receive the healing benefits from nature.  In areas filled with wildflowers we will use yoga postures to connect and soften the inner to the outer landscape.  The class will be gentle and suitable for all levels with a focus on fostering appreciation for our energy exchange with the natural world.

YOGA AND PAINT PARTY USING PROCESS ART THERAPY!!!

Engage all your senses as you express yourself through movement and paint!

We will playfully explore color as we anchor in our imagination through various yoga poses.

Have fun with your body and paint! 

Dress to get messy (preferably all Black!) Bring dark-colored towel to wipe/dry off after workshop.


All you need are your paint clothes, yoga mat, and you are ready!

The purpose of this class is to destress, rejuvenate, and heal in the sanctuary of the receptive mode. While resting in long held poses Marie will offer Massage Adjustments with Cranial Sacral/Reiki Energy Work. This 2 hour class is candle lit, infused with different aromatherapy samples, and set with intention and meditation. Give yourself the gift of peace.

By utilizing stream of consciousness writing, intention setting, yoga, and process art, we will fully tap into the abundant energy of the planetary and universal rhythms. Included is a lunar reference guide and a beautiful creative practice/ self care ritual with practical application for your life. PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS 

Private yoga sessions offer the ability to work one-on-one so the class is all about you! I help you to  understand key muscular/structural alignment, incorporate specific breath-work, and move at a pace of your comfort and ability. Also included in private sessions is Thai Yoga Stretching, Massage Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Pressure Points to increase depth in the pose. 

$100 for 75 minutes
